Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As a general policy, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Eligible Exceptions:
Requests will be considered only if the product arrives damaged. To raise such a request, submitting a complete and valid unboxing video is compulsory.
Unboxing Video Conditions:
The video provided must comply with the following requirements:
Recorded in one continuous take, without breaks
Shows the entire unboxing process, starting from opening the sealed package to clearly displaying the product
Videos that are edited, trimmed, paused, filtered, or altered in any way will not be accepted
🚫 Any claim submitted without proper video evidence will be declined immediately.
Important Notes
Damage occurring after delivery or due to improper handling by the customer will not qualify for return or refund
If a return request is approved, the item must be returned:
Unused and in its original condition
With all original packaging, including the jewelry box
Refund Timeline:
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 2 business days
Policy Enforcement:
We reserve the sole right to approve or reject any return or refund request that does not fully comply with the above terms.
