Exchange & Refunds policy
We do not provide exchanges or refunds as a standard policy.
Exceptions are made only for items received in damaged condition, and such claims will be accepted strictly with a proper unboxing video.
Unboxing Video Requirement
The video must be recorded without interruption
It should capture the entire process from opening the sealed package to fully showing the product
Edited, cut, paused, or filtered videos will not be accepted
Any request made without valid video proof will be declined immediately.
Additional Terms
Damage caused after delivery or due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back:
In unused, original condition
Along with all original packaging, including the jewelry box
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
